PURPOSE:To provide a mold structure for blow molding and a blow molding method, capable of molding a material into a complicate molded shape such as a deep-drawn shape, etc. CONSTITUTION:Blow molds have a first mold 11 and a second mold 12, which form faces corresponding to an outer shape of a molded article, and the first mold 11 is constituted of plural mold blocks B1, B2, B3, of which the mold block B2 is set in a position where its molding face is near the side of a base 13 as compared with the other mold blocks B1, B3. On the other hand, the second mold 12 is also constituted of plural mold blocks B4, B5, B6, of which the mold block B5 is set in a position where its molding face is nearer a base 14 than those of the other mold blocks B4, B6. The mold blocks B2, B5 are so constituted as to be projected by well-known driving means when the molds are clamped. By this method, molding becomes possible irrespective of a shape of a molded article, and the degree of freedom of designing the same is increased. |
