PURPOSE:To achieve cost reduction by respectively winding high frequency coils around the outer peripheries of both of a melting casing and a nozzle head and introducing a rubber material into an injection machine main body under pressure to subject the same to induction heating. CONSTITUTION:High frequency coils 3a, 3b are provided on the peripheries of both of a melting case 1 and a nozzle head 2 and the melting casing 1 is connected to the nozzle head 2 through a packing 4 made of copper. A ring- shaped groove la is provided in the nozzle head 2 and the melting casing 1 is screwed in an injection machine main body X and the sending hole 1b of a rubber material Y is provided in the melting casing 1. Corresponding to this, the nozzle head 2 is constituted so as to be replaceable with one having the hole fitted to the sending hole 1b of the melting casing and a hole 5 is provided in the nozzle head 2 so as to communicate with the orifice of the nozzle head. Heating and cooling are alternately repeated to prevent the carbonization of the rubber material.
