PURPOSE:To obtain the subject film having low-temperature shrinkability and high shrinkage rate, free from shrinkage variation, excellent in antistaticity and favorably coverable and shrinkable on bottles, etc., with good printing finish, by blending-specific two kinds of polyester resin at specified proportions. CONSTITUTION:The objective film can be obtained by blending (A) a polyester resin from a dicarboxylic acid component predominant in an aromatic dicarboxylic acid (ester-forming derivative) and a diol component predominant in ethylene glycol and (B) another polyester resin from a dicarboxylic acid component similar to that in the component A, diol component, poly(>=3) carboxylic acid and/or poly(>=3)hydric alcohol with the content satisfying the relationship: 0.3mol%<=(x+y)<=5mol% and >=10wt.% of polyethylene glycol and/or polyoxytetramethylene glycol and (C) a composition containing 0.01-5wt.% of an alkali metal salt of sulfonic acid of formula R-SO3M (R is 11-30C alkyl or alkylbenzene; M is alkali metal). (x is proportion of the polycarboxylic acid in the whole acid: mol%; y is proportion of the polyhydric alcohol in the whole alcohol: mol%). The aimed film is <=1X10<15>OMEGA in surface resistivity and <=10 in haze. |
