Fluid flow regulator for a nuclear reactor

The apparatus comprises high and low pressure chambers, a reference pressure tank, first means for regulating a passage section, and second means for regulating the passage section. Each of the first means consists of a valve in a partition between the high and low pressure chambers. The valve is controlled by two pistons which are both interconnected and connected to the closure. The first of the two pistons slides in a cylinder upon encountering pressure from the high pressure chamber, and the second piston slides in another cylinder upon encountering pressure from the low pressure chamber. The space within the two cylinders is connected by a pipe to the reference pressure tank. The two pistons are arranged so that the pressures in the two chambers exercise a controlling force on the piston assembly.
