<p>PURPOSE:To continuously and stably regenerate a resin with a coating film without deteriorating the physical properties of a matrix resin by a method wherein a melted resin with a coating film is brought into contact with a steam or the like in a contact zone for finely dispersing the coating film in the melted resin in an extruder, and a pressure regulating mechanism is provided in the contact zone. CONSTITUTION:Broken pieces of a resin with a coating film supplied to a supply port 43 of a twin-screw extruder 4 are plasticized. High-pressure water is supplied to an injection port 45 near an upstream end of a contact zone 424 through a quantitative pump 2. The water comes into contact with the melted resin to turn to a steam. The coating film is hydrolyzed and finely dispersed by the steam. A steam discharge hole 42 is provided near the terminal end of the contact zone 424 and connected to a compression regulating valve 3. As screws 42, screws forming sealing parts 428, 429 for high-temperature and-pressure steam in the contact zone 424 are used. In this manner, the zone is kept at constant temperature and pressure optimum for decomposing the coating film. After the resin is passed through the contact zone 424, the air is removed through an air discharge hole 47 of a deaerating zone 425, and the resin is extruded from a nozzle hole of a die through a pressure raising zone 426.</p> |
