PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of a dry film on the surface of a printing ink or coating material over a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a printing ink or coating material tending to dry through oxidative polymerization and filled in a container is coated with a drying inhibitory fluid obtained by dissolving or dispersing an antioxidant in a liquid incompatible with the ink or coating material.
