PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition effectively preventing occurrence of gel, thickening with time and retention in a die even in the case of co- extrusion with a polyamide-based resin, comprising a saponified material of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and a specific polyamide-based resin. CONSTITUTION:This composition comprises (A) a saponified material of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having 20-60mol% ethylene content and >=90mol% saponification degree of vinyl acetate unit, (B) an end modified polyamide-based resin obtained by modifying an aliphatic polyamide composed of capronamide as a main unit, having 5.2-6.5 ratio of CH2/NHCO with an end modifying agent in such a way that end carboxyl content [X] and end amino content [Y] satisfy the formula [Y]<[X]+5 (with the proviso that units of [X] and [Y]mueq/g.polymer), (C) a hindered phenol-based compound, (D) an alkaline earth metal of an aliphatic carboxylic acid amide and (E) a compound selected from an ethylene-bis-fatty acid amide, a higher fatty acid metal salt, a polymer ester, a fatty acid ester, etc. |
