The invention relates to a device making it possible to draw in air or other gases and deliver them without energy losses due to stirring, compression or unprofitable depression. It consists of a central rotor having four cavities allowing accurate passage of the engaging tooth-type partitions of the two lateral rotors, the diameter of which is half that of the central rotor. The air is drawn in, locked between the two partitions then delivered. In the bottom of the cavities there are ducts corresponding to a fixed drain which allow the air trapped by the partition in the cavity during rotation to be evacuated. This device is advantageously intended to replace noisy turbines (fans) with limited depression in household and industrial vacuum cleaners. <IMAGE>
