The invention relates to a device for the separate quality control and quantity regulation of miscible, flowable media, in particular air flows of different temperatures in heating and/or air-conditioning systems of vehicles, using actuators with separate functions. In order to obtain a simple construction it is proposed that a metering member and a throttle member be arranged closely adjacent in such a manner that the throttle member, arranged in the closed position, is connected in leak-proof manner, with the interconnection of an elastic sealant, to the metering member arranged or left in any desired position.
