The cosmetic complex is prepd. by i) micro-emulsifying oil-soluble nutrient material into 0.01˜0.05μm O/W emulsion in pure water at pH 9-11, mixing with water-soluble nutrient material and yeast polysacchride powder and agitating, ii) neutralizing the obtd. yeast polysacchride mixt. with metal salt, and iii) freeze-drying the neutralized mixt. at -50˜-75 deg.C, and coating with cation polymer to obtain the final product.
