<p>A method and apparatus for cleaning a liquid dispensing system (11) having taps (12, 13, 14, 15) and fluid flow lines (16, 17, 18, 19) connected to the taps (12, 13, 14, 15). The lines (16, 17, 18, 19) are connected to a manifold (20) and the taps (12, 13, 14, 15) interconnected to form a flow loop. A pump (24) is provided for pumping cleaning or flushing fluid in a tank (26) through the flow loop in opposite directions under the control of valves (34, 35, 38, 39). In an alternative system a closed circuit fluid path, including the lines (16, 17, 18 and 19) is established and the cleaning fluid pumped through the closed circuit.</p> |
