An internal panel for cabinet doors, which is provided with shelves (10), each shelf comprising a base (12) and end lateral walls (11) incorporated to the internal panel (P) and a front profile (20), which has its opposite ends (21) coupled to the adjacent end lateral walls (11) through respective mounting elements (30), each mounting element (30) having an external end (31) provided with at least one axial projection (35), fitted into a respective orifice (14) of the adjacent end lateral wall (11), and an internal end (32) presenting a superficial recess, in which there is telescopically fitted and retained a corresponding end portion (21) of the front profile (20).
