摘要 The invention relates to a solar cell arrangement comprising a plurality of connected solar-cell elements, in which the active layers belonging to a solar cell only partly cover an elongated electrode, to an associated electrode arrangement and to a method for producing such a solar cell arrangement. The object of the present invention is to find a solution which allows the use of solar cells in fibre, wire or strip form and makes it possible to produce series arrangements without using inverse structures. At the same time, this solution is intended to include the possibility of using solar-cell materials currently known from thin-film technology and alternative thin-film materials. According to the invention, the object of the invention is solved in that a plurality of elongated support electrodes in fibre, wire or strip form, which are partly coated on their circumference with a solar cell, are connected together to form extensive arrangements, a series interconnection of the individual solar cell elements, which is larger than twice the cell voltage of an individual solar cell element, being produced by the connection process itself, thin-film solar cells being applied to the support electrode and, in particular, aSi, CdTe or CulnSe2, including mixed compounds with S and Ga derived therefrom, being used as solar-cell material.
