A flexible polyurethane foam composition is prepared from a formulation containing (1) an organic polyisocyanate, (2) an isocyanate-reactive component, (3) a catalyst, and (4) water as a blowing agent, wherein the organic polyisocyanate and the isocyanate-reactive component are present in amounts such that an isocyanate index of from 80 to 105 is attained and the isocyanate-reactive component has an average nominal functionality of greater than or equal to 3. |
