<p>The present invention provides therapeutic agents comprising cyclopentane heptanoic or heptenoic acid, 2-arylalkyl or arylalkenyl and derivatives thereof, wherein the carboxylic acid of the parent compound is converted to a hydroxyl or ester group. These therapeutic agents are potent ocular hypotensives as well as having other therapeutic uses.</p> |
