<p>PURPOSE:To provide the system of high reliability by defining and changing operation attributes and transmitting the response result indicating error to an electronic mail client in the case of erroneous transmission of an inhibited operation command request. CONSTITUTION:When analyzing received communication data, an operation analysis part 13 takes out the user name, the operation command identifier, and the operation parameter and transfers them to an operation check part 15. The check part 15 retrieves a definition file 17 by received user name, identifier, and parameter. If the user name is not found or the identifier doesn't coincide or the electronic mail file name doesn't coincide, error is decided, and the user name and the identifier are transferred to a command response assembling part 14. This part 14 adds the response result as an error code indicating the impossibility of operation to the user name and the identifier to assemble communication data and transfers this data to a communication control part 12. The control part 12 adds network information to communication data to assemble a communication frame and transmits it to a terminal equipment A.</p> |
