PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of a confidential document due to illegal copying by imbeding a condition of scramble processing in a picture subjected to scramble processing in a size of a degree unable to be visually discriminated and printing out the resulting image. CONSTITUTION:A scramble execution section 404 stores a scramble processing program and executes the scramble processing according to a condition of scramble processing stored in a scramble processing registration section 401 or a standard processing condition registration section 402. A scramble release section 405 stores a scramble release processing program and decodes image data in an image memory 411 into an original image according to the scramble processing condition stored therein. An information imbeding section 407 converts the scramble processing condition set by the user and information of a scramble code being a release condition into digital data whose size is unable to be discriminated visually and executes the processing imbeding the converted digital data in the inside of a picture subjected to scramble processing. |
