PURPOSE:To improve conventional noodles such as UDON (wheat flour noodles), SOBA (buckwheat noodles), spaghetti or macaroni, which are fed up to people to those of unique taste. CONSTITUTION:Wheat flour and/or buckwheat flour are kneaded together with an appropriate amount of water into a viscous paste, which is combined with MOCHI (rice cake) and they are piled up and aged with heat to give the objective food product. |
