PURPOSE:To provide buffer solution excellent in separability by which a low molecule organismic sample can be separated in a single base unit by containing glucomannan whose molecular weight is less than a specific value. CONSTITUTION:Buffer solution is obtained by containing glucomannan whose molecular weight is less than fifty thousand. In naturally obtainable konjak mannan, molecular weight normally falls within a range of about one million to two million, so that this molecular weight is necessary to be reduced by a chemical hydrolytic method or a decomposition method by oxygen. In the glucomannan having low molecular weight, when the concentration is set high, though a small mesh structure is formed, when the concentration is excessively high, injection into a capillary becomes difficult. In order to stabilize the mesh structure of the glucomannan, since to blend natural polysaccharide except the glucomannan such as agarlose is effective, the mesh structure of the glucomannan is reinforced by blending the natural polysaccharide, and long-term preservation or stability at repeatedly using time is secured. |
