PURPOSE:To exhibit an effect, of a cushioning material, make a packing task easy and reduce a cost for a packing process by applying foaming agent directly on a packing material for packing an object to be packed to have it expanded, forming a required cushioning material at a required portion of the packing material and packing the object. CONSTITUTION:When a wall panel 1 to be packed is packed, first a U-shaped cardboard 2 for widthwise ends is inserted into both widthwise ends of the wall panel l, and then a U-shaped cardboard 3 for lengthwise ends is inserted into both lengthwise ends of the wall panel 1.Then a PP band 5 is used to bundle the wall panel 1 and the cardboards 2,3. Urethane foaming agent is applied from a forming device to both ends of the cardboard 2 to have it expanded, thereby forming cushioning materials 4, 4 an both ends of the cardboard 2. The cushioning materials 4, 4 are formed 2 to 3 seconds after application, wherein the cushioning materials 4,4 are adhered to the packing material without need for adhesive agent or an adhesive tape, resulting in a package with the cushioning materials obtained. Therefore corners or the like of the object can be securely protected. |
