PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive resin composite excellent in optical reactivity and heat-proof characteristics after hardened by a method wherein optical initiator, favorably azide compound having aromatic ring, is added to a polymer excellent in solubility having maleimide group excellent in heat-proof characteristics in a side chain. CONSTITUTION:High heat-proof characteristic permanent resist is obtained by containing a macromolecule copolymer having 10 structure units or more represented by the formula and optical initiator. In the formula, R1 denotes an organic residue of the number of carbon 0 to 9, R2 denotes hydrogen, phenyl group, or alkoxy phenyl group; R3, R4, or R5 denotes hydrogen or alkyl group of the number of carbon 9 or less, and a plurality of pieces of R3, R4, R5 are hydrogen. As described above, the macromolecule copolymer has maleimide group and maleamic acid residue within molecules and does not need binder resin. Therefore, a containing ratio in a photosensitive resin composite can rapidly be enhanced. |
