PURPOSE:To easily and stably supply a voltage to a piezoelectric element by holding a printed board via a vibrator in a shape in pressure contact with the element, and integrally clamping them thereby to supply a voltage to the element. CONSTITUTION:A vibrator comprises a disclike piezoelectric element 1a, upper and lower vibrators 2, 3 formed of metal material, a printed board 4 for connecting electrodes 6B1, 6B2, 6A, 6S of the element 1a to an external controller, and a clamping bolt 5 for integrating them. A board electrode 7 is disposed in a bore of the board 4 and has an electric continuity with the bolt 5. The board 4 is held via the vibrator in a shape under pressure contact with the element 1a. Thus, the voltage is easily and stably supplied to the element 1a. |
