PURPOSE:To enable vibration control force to work even if large vibration occurs in a structure by proving a closing valve means in first and second flow paths to be opened/closed freely and a switch valve for opening/closing a bypath path for communication connecting the first and second flow paths as well as a restriction member in the bypass path. CONSTITUTION:A first hydaulic pipe 15 is arranged in a first hydraulic chamber 11aa while a second hydraulic pipe 16 in a second hydraulic chamber 11ab. An oil path switching valve 12 is disposed in the pipes 15, 16 so as to selectively supply the oil 8a of a hydaulic source 8 to any one of the pipes 15, 16. A closing valve 13 is arranged capable of being opened or closed so as to separate the pipes 15, 16 from the source 8. Second bypath pipes 26, 27 are arranged between the pipes 15, 16 so as to communication connect the pipes 15, 16. Switching valves such as first and second direction switching valve 21, 22 capable of opening and closing the bypath path are provided together with restriction members such as first and second relief valve 23, 24 in the bypath path. |
