PURPOSE:To reduce a packaging area in the case where the same signal is connected to or cut off from a circuit other than a main circuit by housing contacts connected to respective wiring and a DIP switch part in a connector main body. CONSTITUTION:A wiring board 30 is inserted into a connector 100 for a DIP switch-attached flexible printed circuit board(FPC)/flexible flat cable(FFC) packaged in a printed circuit board 20. Next, when all the knobs 60 of a DIP switch part 45 are slid in the ON direction, contact parts 51, 52 are connected to each other via movable contacts. Accordingly, the contact parts 51, 52 are made conductive to each other, and terminals 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 of a lead 80 connected to the contact part 52 are connected to terminals l, 3, 5, 7, 9 to connect the wiring board to a packaged first circuit and a packaged second circuit. Consequently, when the same signal is connected to or cut off from a circuit other than a main circuit, a packaging area is reduced and even the number of part items and manhours in part packaging are also reduced. |
