PURPOSE:To provide a monitor device for an electronic musical instrument capable of monitoring the performance of a desired player by a simple operation and a simple constitution decreasing the number of switches for electronic musical instrument, which monitors the desired performance of a player. CONSTITUTION:The electronic musical instrument which has plural sections and are capable of simultaneously making performance independently with each of the respective sections has one switching means 13 for assigning any of the respective sections, a forming means 10 for forming control signals to change over the assignment of the respective sections every time when the switching means 13 is operated, a selecting means 23 for selecting any of the musical tone signals formed in the respective sections according to the control signals formed in this forming means 10 and a monitor output terminal MON for outputting the musical tone signals of the sections selected by this selecting means 23 as monitor signals to the outside. |
