LASER LAMINATING METALLIC DIE

摘要

PURPOSE:To always irradiate the normal position with a laser welding spot and to improve reliability and sticking strength of the laser welding by providing a slide cam on the upper surface of a punch of a laminating metallic die and adjusting projecting amount of the punch. CONSTITUTION:When a push screw 12 is turned, the slide cam 14 is moved horizontally and the punch 4 is vertically moved through a spacer 15. At that time, a belleville spring 18 receives strip load of the punch through a washer 17. By the punch adjusting mechanism, a punched material 10 is always laminated on a fixed position in a die and the optimum outgoing point is obtained without adjusting the height of an outgoing unit 8. Thus, time required for exchanging coil materials is shortened. The same effect is obtained by vertically moving the outgoing unit 8 without moving the punch 4.
