<p>PURPOSE:To enable identification of stolen cash, effect a precise judgement of abnormal condition, inform and treat abnormalities. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a reading means 11 for reading out a discriminating signal, ink injecting means 3, 4 having a cylinder receiving ink to inject ink to the inside, abnormality detecting means 7, 8, 10 for detecting abnormal conditions and control means 6, 13 for controlling the movement of the ink- injecting means according to the content of the read-out identification signal and the detected result of the abnormality detecting means. A pattern for detecting the disconnection as the abnormality detecting means is stretched around the wall or a trap inserting part 10 for inserting a metal piece is provided to detect the metal piece drawn out.
