PURPOSE:To prevent dusting even in the case of a great distance (fall of contents) existing between a lower opening of a metering unit and a bag made of packaging paper when the bag is packed with contents with is easily dusted to provide a packing apparatus for a bag-making/packaging/packing, capable of packing the contents in the bag made of packaging paper. CONSTITUTION:A packing unit 20 comprises a temporary storage hopper 21 and a packing hopper 31, which integrally move in a vertical direction between a lower opening 9a of a metering unit 6 and a bag made of packaging paper F. The temporary storage hopper 21 is formed into such a taper tube shape that the upper part of the hopper has a wide opening 22, which opens wider than the lower opening 9a at a portion under the lower opening 9a of the metering unit, and that the lower part thereof has a narrow opening 23 provided with an openable shutter 24. The packing hopper 31 is formed into such a taper tube shape that the upper part of the hopper has a wide opening 32, which opens wider than the narrow opening 23 of the temporary storage hopper 21, and that the lower part thereof has a narrow opening 33, which is inserted into a bag made of the packing paper F, and wide opening 32 is so arranged at the periphery of the narrow opening 23 of the temporary storage hopper 21.
