发明名称 FILM PHOTORECEPTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To simply and speedily control temp., to make characteristics constant and to decrease the standby time till a picture image is formed by forming a conductive layer and a photoreceptor layer on a flexible insulating film and forming a heat generating layer on the other surface of the film. CONSTITUTION:A heat generating layer 14 is formed on the one surface of a flexible film 11 and a conductive layer 12 is formed on the other surface of the insulating film opposite to the surface where the heat generating layer 14 is formed. Further, a function-separated photoreceptor layer 13 formed by laminating a charge producing layer 13a and charge transfer layer 13b is formed on the conductive layer 12. By generating heat in the heat generating layer 14 formed on the surface opposite to the surface on which the conductive layer 12 and photoreceptor layer 13 are formed, on the insulating film 11, the generated heat is rapidly transmitted through the insulating film to the conductive layer 12 and the photoreceptor layer 13. Thus, the overall film photoreceptor 10 can be controlled to be at a proper temp. in a short time, and characteristics of the film photoreceptor 10 are rapidly made constant.
