<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate execution, replacement work and check and maintenance of an electric warm water machine by arranging a hot water tank of the machine in an outdoor containing warehouse in which the tank of the machine is installed in a garage of a residence. CONSTITUTION:A hot water storage tank 1 of an electric warm water machine C is disposed in an outdoor containing warehouse installed in an innermost side of a garage of a residence. The warehouse M has a containing space M1 for containing car washing articles and a containing space M2 for containing the machine C. As a result, a space of the warehouse M and an installation space of the tank 1 can be commonly used, and the tank 1 can be installed out of the residence by harmonizing with an external appearance of the residence and an environment of the periphery without traffic obstruction. Thus, execution, replacement work and check and maintenance of the machine C can be facilitated.</p> |
