An intercooler for turbo-charger of diesel engine vehicle comprises a lot of tubes (13) having inner and outer fins (16); and the tubes uprightly arranged side by side with a regular space, a suction part (11) guiding combustion air from the air cleaner and distributing it to the tubes, and a discharge part (12) guiding the cooled air to a suction manifold of the engine. The intercooler may be positioned at the front portion of the vehicle radiator in order to be simultaneously chilled with the radiator by a cooling fan of the radiator.
