PURPOSE:To provide a method for cooking rice for business, satisfying the optimal conditions on a complicated rice-cooking theory by an extremely simple method and capable of simply cooking a large amount of rice by anyone, while using a cooker used for business and having a receiving volume of >=4 liter, and to provide the cooked rice. CONSTITUTION:A method for cooking rice for business comprises a heating and temperature-raising process for starting the cooking of the rice with a cooker used for business and having a receiving volume of >=4 liter and subsequently raising the temperature in the cooker up to the boiling point for 20-40min, and a heating process following the heating and temperature-raising process, and the cooked rice obtained by the method. |
