PURPOSE:To prevent a variation in compositional distribution from occurring in feeding materials for OKONOMI-YAKI (a kind of thin, flat spicy pancake made from batter with bits of meat, seafood, egg and chopped vegetables) prepared by mixing ingredients such as vegetables, meat or marine products with fluid ingredients such as wheat flour or an egg onto a frying mold. CONSTITUTION:This feeder for an automatic machine for frying OKONOMI-YAKI is composed of a stirring means (a) equipped with stirring blades 3, pivoted and rotating with a mixing motor 50 in a stirring tank 2 provided width a charging port 2' at the tip and a slit in the bottom, a relay means (b) having plural housing cylinders for materials for the OKONOMI- YAKI, changed over and communicating with the slit of the stirring tank 2 and a discharge outlet for a frying mold and installed in a row and a rotating member having a piston inserted into each of the cylinders, a changeover means (c) designed so as to change the direction of the cylinders by rotating the rotating member, a sucking means (d) capable of retreating the pistons connected to a connecting lever by the operation of pressing levers 36 acting on the connecting lever, an extruding means (e) for pushing the pistons in the direction of a discharge outlet by the operation of other pressing levers acting on the connecting lever and a delivery means (f) for feeding the materials for the OKONOMI-YAKI from the discharge outlet in the direction of the frying mold with a scraper 52. |
