PURPOSE:To make it possible to store by way of withdrawal old data relating to the operating condition of showcases, etc., in a sub region of a hard disk or in a floppy disk and furthermore, in the storing in floppy disks, to show on a display the number of floppy disks required in accordance with their storage capacity. CONSTITUTION:To a central administration unit 2 a main controller 3 is connected in a setup to allow a prescribed number of subsystem controllers 4 to be connected to the main controller 3. To each of the subsystem controllers 4 a prescribed number of terminal controllers 6, provided respectively to a plurality of showcases S, etc., can be connected. The central administration unit 2 stores measured data from the terminal controllers 6 in a hard disk and stores older data by way of withdrawal in a sub region of the hard disk or in a floppy disk. In thus storing in floppy disks the number of floppy disks required in accordance with their storage capacity is shown on a display. |
