摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a good fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) molded product generating no fiber patterns on the surface thereof at the time of the molding of FRP due to a closed molding method. CONSTITUTION:A coating material containing an unsaturated polyester resin and/or a vinyl ester resin and 5-20% by wt. of the coating material of a lightweight filler with a particle size of 10-200mum is applied to the surface of a mold and cured to form a coating layer and, thereafter, a fiber reinforced plastic molding compsn. is injected into the mold to be cured according to a closed molding method.
