<p>Partially waterproofed tissues. Non woven fabrics of cloth, paper, pulp or rayon with a substrate layer of a similar sort of tissue impregnated or coated with a polymer resin, pref. polyethylene, or latex pref. PVA, for various domestic or medical applications. The partially resin-or latex-impregnated structure readily imbibes moisture without being fully permeable and allowing the moisture to soak items behind the tissue. Disposable, disintegrates if saturated in sewers. The impregnated backing gives one smoother firmers surface to the tissue.</p> |
