The dicing tape having a good antistatic property is produced by (a) mixing 100 wt. pts. PVC resin with 35-42 wt. pts. phthalic plasticizer and 5-8 wt. pts. polyester type plasticizer, and mixing the mixt. with 1.0-2.5 wt. pts. Ba-Cd stabilizer, 0.2 wt. pt. Pb stablizer, 0.2 wt. pt. Cd stabilizer and 0.8-1.5 wt. pt. cationic surfactant in the mixer, (b) passing the mixture through a mixing roll, a warming roll and a calender roll in order to make a film-shaped tape, and (c) cooling the tape at room temp, and winding the tape round a winding roll. The dicing tape is used for assembling a semiconductor wafer.
