PURPOSE:To increase the spacial resolution, by reducing the width of the radiant ray beam element, through the formation of the tomogram pick up unit with the radiant ray source, radicut ray detector, photo electric device,operation circuit and memory unit. CONSTITUTION:The unit consists of the radiant ray source 1 emitting the radiant ray beam 3 of sector type toward the objective 2 and turning by taking the objective 2 as the center, radiant ray detectors 4,5,6,7 located by opposing the radiant ray source 1 by clipping the objective 2 and having the incident plane incorporated with a given length so that the radiant ray beam 3 of sector shape passed through the objective 2 can be incident, simultaneous count circuit 31 detecting the simultaneous arrival on the photo electric multipliers 4,5 of the light caused based in the incident of one radiant ray and picking up the peak value of each pluse output at this time with the peak value analyzers 32,33, position detection circuit 34 calculating the position of light emisson point based on the peak value of the pulse output, and memory unit 37 memorizing the dose of radiant ray at each position.
