The method improves the quality of tinal product and reduces manufacturing cost by using chemical corrosion treatment. The method comprises (A) forming grooves on the stainless steel (1) by using chemical corrosion treatment; (B) heating the aluminum sheet (2) inserted between stainless steel plates; (C) diffusing the aluminum atoms into the grooves on the stainless steel plates and cladding between aluminum and stainless steel plates.
