Apparatus for cutting sheet-shaped material, for example cutting of insulation material at the assembly site. The apparatus includes a frame (12), fastening devices (50, 50', 52) for fastening the sheet-shaped material (68) to the frame, a cutting mechanism (14) movably fastened to the frame for cutting the sheet-shaped material and a powering device (18). A rotating device (16) is connected to the fastening devices for rotating the sheet-shaped material (68) around the fastening point (52) while cutting the material. The cutting edge (30) in the cutting mechanism (14) is arranged to execute a cutting motion while cutting the sheet-shaped material. |
