Process consisting of the use of a smooth (soft), spongy material with a very high elasticity to form the vamp in the lower edge of which there is a welt ("bandeleta") of material of greater consistency, the upper being joined to the sole by sewing and gluing so as to obtain a shoe in which the vamp, due to its elastic, smooth and spongy consistency, can always adapt to any kind of deformity of the foot wearing it, while the lateral welt prevents the foot from sliding laterally and causing the wearer to walk incorrectly. <IMAGE>
