<p>Variable speed drive mechanism for an unwinding machine for supplying sheet to a press. The machine is driven by a hydraulic motor which is fed by a variable speed pump across a distributor. The pump is driven at constant speed and the controls of the variable flow are controlled by a sensor which rests on the surface of the sheet between the unwinding machine and the press.</p> |
