The method improves the array of parralel structure computer system. The method arrays the perpendicular laminating layers of multiple boards, the column numbring array substrates in the lower direction, the even numbering layers towards the lower layer and the odd numbering layers towards the upper layer, and the odd numbering row board in the positive dirction and even numbering row board in the corresponding direction. The total length of connection line is minimized to the (n2-n) of board distance.
