<p>The mould tool in which the foaming reaction takes place is lined with carrier foil folded to fit the profile. A metal reinforcing bar with inner faces coated with a bonding agent and shaped to providce a mechanical key, is placed in the foil and filling, reaction and cure carried out. After removal from the mould tool that part of the foil which covers the outer surface of the metal reinforcement is stripped off.</p> |
