The present invention relates to a telescopic ram with simultaneous extension including a main cylindrical body (1) in which there is slidingly housed a piston (5) secured to a coaxial secondary cylindrical body (9) having an internal chamber and a coaxial piston rod (12) housed in the chamber (14) of the secondary body (9) and an orifice for the intake of a pressurised liquid formed in the wall of the main body (1) so as to establish a communication between the body (1) and a source of pressurised liquid, characterised in that at least one orifice is pierced in the secondary body (9) close to the piston (5) so as permanently, regardless of the position of the piston (5) in the main body (1), to establish a communication between the chambers (8, 14) and in that a valve (16) which is normally closed and which opens only at the end of active stroke of the piston (5) is housed in the piston (5). The invention applies to telescopic rams with any number of stages. <IMAGE>
