In a power clutch placed on a driven pulley of a full automatic washing machine's power transmitter, the power switching clutch device includes a unidirectional clutch bearing and its housing, a compression spring, a guide between the housing and the compression spring, and a clutch tip, thereby preventing the backward rotation of a washing tub without a conventional backward rotation preventive device, and preventing a shock noise in washing-drying conversion due to a rubber stopper.
