There is described a closure cap unit for a storage bottle for a sterile irrigation fluid for medical applications, with an actual closure cap through which passes a dip tube which dips with its inlet end into the irrigation fluid and whose other end can be connected to an irrigation line, and which has a connection for a propellant, for example CO2, which can be introduced into the storage bottle and forces the irrigation fluid into the dip tube and the irrigation line. The invention is distinguished in that the dip tube is held in a gas-tight manner so as to be displaceable in the direction of its longitudinal axis in a mounting in the closure cap, so that the distance between inlet end and closure cap can be adapted to suit different bottle sizes.
