MULTILAYER POLYESTER FILM AND METHOF OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A method for manufacturing the biaxial oriented polyester lamination film comprises: respectively extruding the polyster without inorganic filler and the polyester with inorganic filler in each extruder; forming two extruded polyester layers to a laminated sheet through a slit of dia; solidifing the laminated sheet on a roll for rapid-cooling; and heat-treating after biaxially stretching the solidified sheet. Specially, the ratio (An/An+B) of total thickness (An) of polyester layers without inorganic filler to that (B) of polyester with inorganic filler is adjusted in a range of 1-50%.
