<p>A method and apparatus enabling creation of a three-dimensional sweep of a two-dimensional contour by specifying an initial point for the three-dimensional representation, specifying at least one two-dimensional contour, specifying a trajectory vector and generating a three-dimensional sweep conforming to the two-dimensional contour along the path of the trajectory vector. The sweep is a three-dimensional representation of the contour along the path of the trajectory. Support is also provided for scaling, twisting and other modifications of the sweep.</p> |
