Process of producing a superstructure and connection to an implant for dental medical treatment, characterised by the following process steps: a) a transfer pin is inserted in the inserted implant; b) an impression is made of the affected region including the transfer pin; c) the transfer pin is removed and connected to an analogous implant which is formed inside and outside identically to the original implant in its region adjoining the transfer pin; d) the combination of transfer pin and analogous implant is inserted in the negative cavity of the transfer pin in the impression; e) the impression is cast out with plaster or the like in order to produce a master model; f) the transfer pin is removed; g) a suitable secondary member for the superstructure is chosen and connected to the analogous implant; h) the superstructure is modelled on to the secondary member; i) the superstructure is removed from the secondary member; and k) the secondary member removed from the analogous implant is connected to the implant and the superstructure is connected to the secondary member.
